There can be an additional charge daily for pets given medication. We have also added a $2.00 per shot on those receiving insulin.  

 

All other pets are welcome

and priced according to amount of care needed.

 

 

Deposits are required for all major holiday reservations.

 

 

 

  

After Hours Pick-up

We do understand that occasionally, unavoidable circumstances necessitate the need for after hours pickup or delivery. These occasions DO NOT include convenience related exceptions. Our fees are there to compensate us for and deter you from taking advantage of our established operating hours

1. After hours pick up or delivery is available by appointment only. This service is available at the owner of Lowe's Pet Motel's discretion and can be scheduled by  Kelly only at the time of your reservation. As a general rule, convenience related reasons are rejected. Emergency  cases only are considered.                     

2.The charges for after hours drop off or pick up are as follows:  

Drop off or pick up after 9:00 am and before 4:00 pm during Monday through Friday will result in an additional $10.00 Charge. 

Drop off or Pick up after 6:00 pm during the week will result in the regular nightly charge plus $25.00.  Drop Off or pickup after 9:00 am Saturday until Monday at 7:30 am will result in nightly charges for the weekend plus an additional charge of $25.00.

Drop off or Pick up of your pet scheduled on a holiday will result in all fees being double. An additional charge of $50.00 in addition to your full reservation dates scheduled. (The payment for these charges are due before the pet can be released and a secure payment only will be accepted.)The following Holidays will not be considered for after hours pick up or delivery:  Easter Sunday, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Years Day.
